NOTE: You have 48 hours within delivery confirmation date to claim a defect on any items listed as "not applicable for return" to receive a refund due to damage or defect.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 72 business hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed on Saturdays will not be shipped until Monday. The cut-off time for all expedited shipping services (including overnight and 2-3 day express) is 12 PM EST. Orders placed after 12 PM EST that ship overnight or express may not be processed the same day. Please allow 7 business days for Custom pieces to be dispatched.
